One of the commenters wanted to know what amount of dark chocolate would contain 500mg of polyphenols. One site, which I lost the link to, said 40gm of dark chocolate contained 400-800 mg. I assume the larger cacao percentages would have the higher percentages of polyphenols. I may look for a better reference later, or not.
