Ow...

Was trying to open my document fire box, but the lid was stuck. I tried several times, finally putting both thumbs under the edge and shoving upwards hard. The heavy lid popped open with a sticky sound, then immediately dropped back down and caught the tip of a finger.

Ow...

I suspect the front moving through last night lowered ambient pressure, some air bled out, then the air pressure went back up fast enough to shove the wide, heavy lid down and seal it before the pressure re-equalized.

Ow...

Went out to the shooting range this morning, to shoot my Cold New Army cap and ball revolver replica. As I was closing the gate behind me, though, I somehow caught a finger in a squeeze. Pulling it out gouged the nail so deeply, a bit of blood actually came out on the nail surface.

It's not a bad pinch, either. Little bruising, hardly sore, now. But, ow...
