Last Day at Work
Mar. 30th, 2007 07:39 amWhelp, I'm getting ready to start my last day with the Transportation Cabinet. It's also payday. :-)
I still have some stuff to move out. I also have to turn in my ID badge and garage gate opener. That's a bit daunting; if I want to go back for any reason - including the holiday meals, which retirees are invited to - I have to get a Visitor badge at the ground floor security station.
The change in status is more symbolic than actual, but it will still have a significant impact.
