It's the usual problem. They don't grasp that *everything* has a range othe harmfulness. Too little can be bad, so can too much.
As an example, with CO2 too little could kill you (though that's *really hard to pull off). Y'see it's what triggers the breathing reflex. Not enough and your body won't remember to breathe.
Water is toxic in high enough doses. Water intoxication. Not at all fun, either. I did it once. Long story. Worse than any flu...
