I made a slight mistake this afternoon. I recently bought some snack bars to try; New Millennium Bars come in lemon, vanilla and coconut that I know of, and taste pretty good. I tried the coconut this afternoon, and about two-thirds through realized I was full. Uncomfortably full, in fact. I checked the wrapper, and realized they weren't snack bars, they were _food_ bars. With over 400 kcal each.
Oh well; I was planning to treadmill after work anyway. ;-)
