Good Eatin'
Sep. 20th, 2010 05:54 pmStarted a pot cookin' with some Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice. While it was coming to a boil I got a chunk of cooked but very rare beef shoulder roast and diced it. By the time I needed to turn down the head the beef was ready to add. The combination is now simmering away, and should be ready in about fifteen minutes. :-)
