Not really sick, but very much not well.
Had a sore throat off and on for a couple of days earlier this week. Knowing I had been exposed to a cold I sucked zinc each time my throat was sore. This seems to have helped; so far I haven't developed full-blown cold symptoms, and am actually feeling better than I did last night. But I'm still going to take things easy this holiday weekend.
