On top of being ill myself, I had to take my cat Motley to the vet yesterday to have an ulcerated tumor treated. She is still doing well, eating and drinking and getting around. She has lost weight, though, and is obviously not up to par.

Yesterday the vet put a light bandage around the ulcerated tumor on her left front leg. This is to keep debris - mainly from her litter box - out of the wound. Today I replaced that, as I will have to do every day for the foreseeable future. The process went better than I expected. Time will tell whether my bandage stays on better than the vet's, which started slipping within hours.
