Is anyone else hearing Putin's descriptions of Russia's new weapons thinking that what he says about an atomic powered hypersonic cruise missile reminds them of SLAM/Project Pluto?

 

None of the excerpts I heard gave much in the way of details and the news analysts aren't doing any better.

 

Of course, the odds are this and the "atomic powered torpedo" which can also go anywhere in the world are probably nothing more than tablecloth sketches.
