Here's a bit of trivia about the fantasy novel I'm putting the finishing touches on. The head of the healers college was inspired by Peter Lorre as Dr. Gogol in the movie _Mad Love_.

"You want him punished? Give him to me for a few weeks," said College of Healing Regent Petrosh László, ominously, his bald head and large eyes gleaming. "After emptying bedpans, boiling bandages and giving sponge baths he'll be begging to go back to normal classes."
