That's two nights in a row my gut has started acting up around eight PM. Last night included diarrhea. With the exception of milk and RC, and Girl Scout cookies, I didn't repeat any foods those two days. I wonder if this is my body readjusting after finishing the course of Cephalexin last Thursday. I've been taking Lactinex but it doesn't seem to help. Neither does the robinul forte. Late to work this morning.

I had some serious tummy issues last night too, and I still feel a little woogy this morning. They may be something going round.
