stickmakerSomeone in upper management has apparently heard that there are those who have trouble opening some attachments due to not having an application which can read the format. We are now getting messages with the same text-only memos attached twice to the same e-mail, using two different byte-gobbling formats (.PDF and .DOC).

2. The obvious benefit of speed of distribution from email distribution of memos.
3. Some bozo going..."Hey I don't have to copy this 500 times...I'll scan it in and email it!"
