I took a #2 1/2 can of Keystone cooked turkey. Put it in a microwave safe pot. Minced some fresh-peeled cloves of garlic and added those, a jar of Heinz turkey gravy, some fresh-ground pepper, some sweet basil and some thyme and heated this in stages until it just simmered. I let that sit for a few minutes while I did some other errands. I tasted it, added some soy sauce, tasted it again, added a bit more and was satisfied. Then I heated it for another half minute. I sliced some homemade sourdough bread, put that on a plate, spooned the seasoned turkey onto that, and heated the whole thing before serving.
Delicious.
The only thing I would change is that I sliced the bread too thick.
