A big storm passed through Frankfort, KY earlier. During the storm a tree blew down the next street over and knocked a power pole crooked. They couldn't get the power back on until they cleared the tree, so things took a while. Power's been back for nearly an hour. However, my Ethernet router seems to have died. I have the cable to the iMac plugged directly into the cable modem. The loaf of bread I was making for gaming tomorrow is probably ruined.

My ethernet router and cable modem were plugged into the same UPS. However, while the cable modem kept running until the UPS died, as best I can tell the router died immediately. I tried power cycling the router several times. Even tried different outlets. I tried the rest button. Not so much as a flicker.
