Feeling vastly better today. I took some prescription allergy medicine in the early evening, and it made me a bit spacey. I went to bed early, and was able to breath easy all night, not having any congestion until just before the alarm went off. So besides having few allergy symptoms, I got a good night's sleep.

The down side is that my blood pressure is, as expected, elevated. Hopefully I won't have to do this often. Mold spores and pollen have been bad here the past week but that should end soon.
