The Power Saver option is unchecked. That's the only appropriate thing I could find under System and Security or Network and Internet.
I will note that in the four hours since waking the computer this morning, the update has reached 80%.
Also note that I am running this on an iMac via Parallels. However, I have successfully downloaded both Mac and Windows updates overnight before. (Though not in Win10.)
