I learned about something interesting on a food program, a couple of days ago. King George of England had a chocolatier who would brew and serve hot cocoa specifically for him. This was not made from cocoa powder, but a blend which included the cocoa butter
Next time I make a mug (always from scratch) I'm gonna try adding some cocoa butter - which I have on hand - to the mix.
