They're Trying to Drive Me Crazy

I just got an automated call. From my doctor's office. Reminding me of my appointment. Which I already went to. Three hours ago.

I get the automated calls too, though they've always come BEFORE the appointment. :-)

I hate them. But I understand why docs use 'em--cheaper than having a staff member do overtime to make the calls in person....
