Stupid Stray Cat

I felt better last night, after resting all day instead of going to Lexington for gaming. However, I still decided to go to bed early. I got to sleep quickly, but after about an hour I heard the meowing of a stray cat which has been hanging around here lately. It has an odd, hollow sound to its voice, and it is also loud. Worse, because of the way it sounds I have trouble locating it.

Last night, groggy from being asleep, I was convinced it was in my basement. I would hear it meow, get up and try to find it. I never did. It may have been there. It may have been elsewhere. Either way, it cost me sleep.
