Strange IT Tricks

It's bizarre, what Internet sites have been blocked and what haven't, where I work. Dozens - if not hundreds - of song lyric sites are blocked, along with their Google caches. Legitimate reference sites, which aren't appropriate to my work but would be to the work of some others here, are blocked. Yet I can access every site on Egyptology I've tried.

We're told we _can not_ access streaming music online. Yet we were urged to watch streaming video of the state legislature in session.

Of course, our top man recently announced he supported teaching Intelligent Design in public schools, which explains a lot about the decisions made by those under him.
