Sick Again

Started last night, and kept me up most of the night. Cramps. Gas. Running hot and cold. A general feeling of malaise. And, most peculiar of all, my arms kept going numb and tingly. (Though that could have been a result of the way I was curling up to try and get some relief.)

When I called in this morning my supervisor said several people have been off with something lately. Yet another reason to look forward to retirement.

I'm going to eat some breakfast and go back to bed.
