Libyan Crimes Continue

In brief, they were arrested on charges that they were agents of Israel and had deliberately infected over 400 children with AIDS. They were sentenced to death practically before anyone outside Libya knew anything was wrong. The government of Libya has stated that the only way to free them is for their home governments to pay an absurd amount of money.
Everyone knows what's going on here. If Boosh wants to end terrorism, why is Libya still not leveled?
