NASFiC

I may not be going to the NASFiC. My first choice for lodging is already booked up and my second choice doesn't take reservations over the phone. What sort of hotel doesn't take reservations over the phone?!

a) one that's also already booked
b) one that's short-staffed and doesn't have a reservations crew to answer the phones
c) possibly one that's close to being oversold, and is waiting to finish booking all their group rooming lists before releasing any unused preblocked rooms for general availability
