stickmakerWeird. Baen just rejected an electronic submission I sent them in November of _last_ year (2004). Adding to the weirdness of the long delay: they rejected it because of a sequence inspired by multiple real-world examples, which they claimed was too unrealistic. Figures...
Sometimes I think engineers shouldn't write fiction. We know about too many real things which most people consider fantasy.
