I am going crazy, here. I was able to make my Mother's COVID-19 vaccination appointments on the Kroger Web site last week with little trouble, and she got her first one this past Tuesday. However, things keep going wrong when I try to make my reservation. (Yes, I'm no eligible.) Worse, the problem keeps changing!

These last few times, it will let me make the first appointment but not the second. Naturally, the Web page will not proceed to the confirmation phase until the second appointment is made. This has happened over and over, with a range of attempts for different appointment times. I finally gave up and called their phone reservation.

After going 'round and 'round with the robot (Yes, I am eligible!) it finally told me that there was such a flood of calls they were no longer taking appointments by phone and to use the Web page. Because it's a robot, telling it that I'm calling because the Web page is scrod doesn't help!

With no humans involved in the process, there's no way to let them know the flood of calls is because the Web page isn't working.

Maybe,  at the end of month review, someone will check. Until then...

They may realize earlier than end-of-month, when they start having days of 'we have COVID vaccine available, why don't we have appointments?'
