Wages of Work

Ow. Sequel to yesterday's yardwork. 

 

I felt fine when I went to bed. I woke about 2 to go to the john and could barely get out of bed. My lower back was hurting. I did my business, put some Icy Hot on my lower back with the handy roll-on applicator version and went back to bed. My back is better this morning, especially after another application of Icy Hot. Hopefully, now it just needs some gentle stretching. 

 

What's weird is that I felt fine when I went to bed!
