Forgot I had this! I've been cataloging my books, and I found a paperback published in 1965, written by A. E. Van Vogt and edited by Forest J. Ackerman. I must have bought this at a convention where they were both guests.

Argh. When I posted this to Googleplex it deleted a big chunk. I posted it late last night and didn't realize that more was deleted than I thought at the time. I did make corrections there and here, just not enough.

It was not only autographed, but Van Vogt addressed his to me by name.
