Computer Conundrum
Feb. 28th, 2010 12:31 pmSince upgrading to the latest Firefox, neither of my computers will show my Web page hit counters in Firefox. They will in Safari.
I've checked everything I know to check, and they all tell me the hit counters are not being blocked. So why can't I see them?
If you have a mind, please check:
http://www.dcr.net/~stickmak/
Down near the bottom. There are two counters, one for the page and one for the site. If you use the current version of Firefox do you see the numbers?
Whether you do or not, can you suggest things to try?
Besides the built-in protections, I also use AdBlock Plus.

If the reason really is a dropped format, well, I'll talk to the guy who hosts the counters for me and see what can be done.

Date: 2010-02-28 10:16 pm (UTC)So it's not viewable in my version of Firefox on Windows (3.6) and not viewable in IE either.
They do display in Opera (only other browser that'll run under Win2k)
