To the right was a flag with the four symbols of the Compact: The Cross, the Coronet, the Scales of Justice and the Sword. Representing, respectively, Church, Crown, Court and Courage; that is, the military.

The flag of the Compact
The official flag has four quarters, with the symbols of the Cross, the Coronet, the Scales (of Justice) and the Sword arrayed from top left to bottom right. It has a deep blue background with the symbols and the borders between them in gold thread.
