Despite the Daylight Savings change, Saturday night and Sunday night I slept well. However, though I felt sleepy and went to bed a bit early Monday night I awoke even earlier Tuesday morning. So I went to bed half an hour early Tuesday night. Unfortunately, I had trouble getting to sleep, and mainly dozed when i did. A bit after 1:00 AM I took some six hour time release melatonin and finally got sound asleep. I then awoke about an *hour* early this morning. I went to the john, came back to bed and turned the alarm off. I figured I might sleep half an hour or so past my usual rising time. (On the clock, with the Daylight Savings time change.)

The phone rang at 9:44 (telemarketer) waking me from a sound sleep. (I don't like telemarketer calls, but this one likely got me out of bed sooner than I otherwise would have.)

Wow. I feel fine, and I definitely needed the sleep. I just hope I don't have trouble getting to sleep tonight. I'll try to remember to take some melatonin before bed.
