Didn't sleep well last night, for multiple reasons, including simple neighborhood noise. However, if my gut hadn't been acting up a bit I probably would have been able to ignore or better tolerate the annoyances.
This morning I have no appetite. I took a probiotic and a peppermint oil capsule around 9:30, and wish I had thought to do so last night when I first admitted I was having trouble.
Update: I eventually realized yesterday (Tuesday) that my problems almost certainly came from an irritable bowel attack caused by the fried fish I had for supper. (So good...)
