Annoying TV (Not in the Usual Sense)

There's a _Stormchasers_ commercial which, near the end, puts out a very high pitched whistle. It's incredibly annoying bordering on painful.

I don't normally pay any attention to commercials, but this one gets my attention. I'm trying to get enough info to find out who to sue!
