Man, the Web page for the Holiday Inn Collinsville, IL is seriously broken. Just one example: For room type I entered Kingsize Single, and was told none were available. I entered regular single, and was told only double rooms were available. I entered No Preference and was told... no rooms available.

Oh, great; now it's telling me nothing's available no matter what I enter. Argh...

Okay, I found the problem. If you use their "change something in your search" function, it *always* returns a "no hits" message. By starting over and entering what I already knew was available in the parameters first try, I was able to get a listing of what was available (even though it was topped by a message that what I had asked for was not available) and select from that to make a reservation.

I still didn't get what I wanted (a kingsize bed) but I can sleep diagonal for five nights.

*Sigh*

I don't know if they simply don't have any kingsize beds outside of suites (another $70 per night) or they're strictly for handicapped access requirements or what... The do offer them, in the list of available room types, but selecting that option always results in a "no hits" message.
