NASA At it Again

The original Project Orion was a revolutionary and visionary concept of vast implications. Those working on it in the Sixties half-joked about sending a crew of a score or more to Saturn by the mid-Seventies. It was killed by politics.
To see NASA use the name of this noble and sabotaged effort for a blinkered and half-vast project is adding insult to the original injury of the cancellation.
