I like the B-2, but it is not a true flying wing. There is a distinct, if blended, fuselage, which the original XB-35 didn't have. The YP-49 was an XB-35 with the piston engines and propellers replaced with get engines. Without the gyroscopic and aerodynamic stabilization of the propellers it also needed some small, vertical fins. Even so, it was closer to a true flying wing that it's descendant.

Still, I like the B-2. It made Jack Northrop happy, after all.
