Stupid Driver Tricks

During lunch I was sitting on a side street at a red light, first in line, when a woman made a left turn from the cross street. She had her cell phone in her left hand, and was just talking up a storm. And barely made the turn, 'cause she was only using her right hand to turn the wheel and had it over as far as she could reach which almost wasn't enough. And never stopped talking.

They's people out there plumb shiny with stupid...

If it's a smooth enough ride, a body may very well not notice. That happened to my mother once; her tires had been rotated and she was driving down a steep street, when out of the corner of her eye she noticed she was being passed by a happily bouncing tire. However, her ride was a smooth one, and she was not on a cell phone, making her case entirely different from the one you pointed out.
