Police in Albuquerque arrested a University of New Mexico student on suspicion of illegal possession of guns on campus. Someone reported that they had heard him talking about the Columbine and other school massacres. Police didn't find any guns in his apartment, but they found evidence that guns "had once been there." They also seized firearms from the home of a relative living nearby.

Huh? I'm hoping they had more cause than that. Unless there's firmer evidence found, this just begs for a civil rights lawsuit.
