Accidentally swallowed some nasal spray last night and had the worst bout of gut crunches in about two years. Still recovering.

I'm sure there were contributing factors - the weather, if nothing else - but I could feel it start not long after the first swallow. Took my prescription medicine, but it didn't help much. Really out of it right now. Hopefully will get a nap later.

Oh, and it's snowing. Not sticking to pavement, yet, but grass is covered.
