Chicken Muddle Soup
Apr. 15th, 2007 06:56 pmThis is one of my favorite cold weather meals: To a can of your favorite chicken noodle soup, add diced tofu, sliced water chestnut, sliced bamboo shoots, garlic to taste, and either bulgar wheat or wheat germ. Heat to barely boiling. (For extra flavor let simmer for a while.) Add soy sauce to taste just before serving.
