....hmmmmm. Just might be in a gray area there on the 'legally' fair game issue. Since individuals would presumably have no control over your use of the photograph(s), they may be well within their rights to insist you not photograph them. I tend to consider it as a right to privacy issue. Members of certain religious faiths wear garb which may differentiate them from the public at large, yet they do not wish to be photographed, on religious grounds.
