I almost didn't get to the doctor's office. On the way I encountered a very impaired driver, an older woman in a white or light grey minivan, who had a handicapped tag hanging from the center mirror. She was all over the road, and nearly hit several other vehicles.

I managed to get around her, which is how I know who was driving. When I turned onto the side street where the parking lot for my doctor's office is located she followed me through the turn. Then into the parking lot. I thought that maybe she was having a medical crisis, which would explain both the driving and her going into the parking lot. However, while I parked, she drove through and out the other entrance. Running over a curb in the process. She turned back towards the main road. She did stop at the red light.

I decided to report her and walked towards her van while dialing 911. Before I could get the license plate # she _ran the light to turn left onto a busy road_. I got the report of an impaired driver in to 911. Don't know what happened after that.

Unfortunately, I got into the office during a very busy period and wound up waiting nearly two hours. (I was a walk-in, no appointment.) When the doctor saw me he soon diagnosed a type of repetitive motion injury. (After considerable confusion and thought, I realized that the most likely culprit was doing a lot of sweeping a couple of days before the pain started.) He diagnosed me with _both_ tennis elbow and golf elbow.

I'm currently wearing an upper forearm brace (which is growing increasingly uncomfortable after at first helping some) and under orders for specific exercise and icing at night.
