Actually you're probably not far off the mark. You're probably dehydrated and sleep deprived. Particularly if you were drinking caffeinated soda as well. You need to drink lots of water and take a nap. If you're still waking up five or so times a night it's a good bet you're operating on about two hours of sleep.
