Talking about some favorite bits, here, which definitely constitute spoilers. You have been warned.

The people behind this (and several previous, connected programs) just keep producing good stuff.

During the climax of the Luthor/Brainiac teamup the villains see Flash run off after he's left the only hero standing, and smirk, thinking he's a coward. As they turn around they get slammed by Flash coming in from the opposite direction at just under light speed, having gone _all the way around the planet_ to build up a good head of steam. And he doesn't waste it by stopping... (I had actually just been thinking Flash was the only one fast enough to have a chance against them.)

During an invasion of Earth by Darkseid and his minions, Superman surprises the villain by hitting him REALLY HARD a couple of times. As a very angry Supes walks up to the stunned Darkseid, he says something like "I'm always holding back, being careful not to break the cardboard buildings or tear the cotton-candy people. But you... you can take it."

He then proceeds to beat Darkseid so badly the villain has to resort to a weapon to regain the initiative. (Is this the third or fourth time Darkseid has smugly assumed that because he's "a god" he can beat Supes?)

FYI for future reference--if you're going to post something with spoilers in it on LJ, it's really best to do it behind an LJ cut. Putting spoiler space doesn't work so well on a post when the entire post is still going to show up on someone's Friends list. It's not like an email message, where you can hit a key to get out of the posting so you can avoid looking at the bottom of it--you still have to skim down the post to get to the next thing on the Friends list, and people will still inadvertantly catch a spoiler even if they're trying hard not to read it.

Cut tags are easy, you just do them like this: <lj-cut>

If you want to get a little fancier, you can specify what text will show up on the cut tag like this: <lj-cut text="whatever you want to put here">

And then everything after the tag will be hidden from accidental viewing. :)
