Was just listening to a dismember of Congress stating on the record that carbon dioxide was natural and completely harmless.

Yeah, and a few tenths of a percent too much can cause respiratory problems and mental issues. Maybe that explains it...

An old quote from someone (John W. Campbell, maybe?):

"Arsenic is natural. Hemlock is organic."

BTW, too *little* CO2 is bad too, as it's what triggers the breathing reflex.
