Far too many people think other countries are just like us,with the exception that they speak another language or drive on the other side of the road..and some learn the hard way that ain't so. As you said, I hope they catch the guy and give him what's coming to him,but before you visit-much less live-in another country,you'd best do some research on what the place is like...Scott
