I had a miserable night.
I was so tired I went to bed early, especially for a Friday. I was just getting settled in when I realized I was so sleepy I had forgotten something. Got up, did that, went back to bed. Then repeat. By the time I finished it was about my normal bedtime. No worries; I could sleep in on Saturday.
Then the cats started. Fortunately, not for long.
Then I started tossing and turning. All that disturbance had been enough that - combined with the short sleep I had before realizing I had forgotten something - my body decided I'd been napping and needed to be awake.
I finally took a six-hour melatonin and mostly got into a sound sleep.

However, I awoke about my usual weekday time, and could _not_ get back to sleep.
I'm feeling far better today than I have for weeks. The last of the spider-bite rashes are just about gone, the dizziness from the weather-induced sinus trouble is gone. However, even with a nap after lunch (cut short by a telemarketer) I am so sleepy I don't feel safe driving. So, no late night out gaming for me tonight.
Maybe next week.
