Warmer but Wetter

The sporadic leak in my bedroom ceiling - which generally only drips for half an hour or so once a year during a heavy rain when the wind is blowing from the right direction - started this morning around a quarter after four. It dripped irregularly for about half an hour and stopped.

Sleepy...

There's a layer of wet, heavy snow on everything outside, now. Will shovel the front walk, steps and porch, but not in a hurry to drive anywhere.

One a more fortunate note, it is warm enough outside come sunup that the heat pump is working for the first time in days. The unit has burned a lot of gas this Winter.
