Not All's Well
Sep. 7th, 2013 04:55 pmI may have a mild case of con crud. I felt fine Wednesday, despite being tired from the con and the trip home. I was mostly okay Thursday, though I had no appetite. This graduated to mild intestinal discomfort as the day progressed. However, I was out of my usual treatment - Lactinex - and, naturally, when I checked while at Kroger's the drug store was also out. That night I had horrible difficulties sleeping due to stomach cramps.
Slept in Friday morning and managed to stagger through the day with fair success, which included finding some Lactinex. That helped greatly. However, last night I again had trouble sleeping, due to serious congestion.
This doesn't seem to be due to allergies, since the combo of medications which have had that under control are doing nothing. Even Pseudoephedrine is barely touching this; I've got an almost solid block in the left side sinuses and the right is almost that bad. I also have very little energy and get tired very easily.
I'm skipping gaming tonight, staying home and resting. I'll save the generic Afarin (which I'm supposed to be cutting down on) for tonight, and hope I can sleep well.
