Aug. 14th, 2011 10:47 amWhile I was at gaming in Lexington last night a pretty vicious storm swept through. Fortunately, it didn't last long. However, as I drove home later I noticed the lights were out at a few places along the Interstate in Lexington. Closer to Frankfort, the lights were out at the rest area.
I saw little other storm damage the rest of the way home. However, this morning I see that the neighbor across the street has a medium-sized tree down, the neighbor diagonally across the street has debris in his front yard (which I just learned took out his cable) and there's a big limb off a big tree behind the house two uphill from me.
My uphill neighbor reports there are still several places in Frankfort without power.
