What the Experts Are Saying

I turned on the TV this morning and boggled at a guy on _Inside Washington_ saying in a sneering tone, in re. the bad investor decisions and the executives who made them and are now trying to escape responsibility, that he can understand the "populist desire" to punish those "responsible" for the failures, but that such an action is unfair and will only hurt the economy.
